About the Role

Edwards & Pearce is seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join their team on a 15-month contract. As a key member of the HR team, you will provide expert guidance and support to operational SLT teams across different sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to drive business growth and improvement
  • Design, write, and deliver training programs to upskill the workforce
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to junior HR members
  • Manage HR data and reports to inform business decisions
  • Build strong relationships with operational teams and stakeholders
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of operational HR generalist experience
  • Strong employment law knowledge and expertise
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
What We Offer

As a Senior HR Advisor with Edwards & Pearce, you will enjoy a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience) and the opportunity to work with a dynamic and award-winning business.
