Care Assistants Wanted for Morning and Evening Shifts

We are seeking caring and compassionate individuals to join our team as Care Assistants. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our elderly clients in their own homes, providing them with the care and companionship they need to live independently.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication reminders, and meal preparation.
- Build meaningful relationships with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals, providing emotional support and companionship.
- Work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, to meet the needs of our clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues, using active listening skills and empathy.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in care and support.
- A competitive hourly rate of £13.00, with double pay on Bank Holidays.
- Paid mileage and travel time to ensure you are fairly compensated for your time.
