Job Summary

Home Instead is seeking dedicated and compassionate Care Professionals to support our clients in their homes. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and building meaningful relationships with our clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
  • Assist clients with mobility and transfer tasks, ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Engage in conversations and activities that promote mental and emotional well-being.
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition or behavior.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and other care staff to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in care or a related field is preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
