Care Assistant Position

Join Voyage Care as a Care Assistant and make a meaningful impact in the lives of those we support. This role offers a competitive pay rate of £11.45 per hour.


Typical Working Hours: Monday to Sunday, with shifts available from 7:30am to 2:30pm, 2:30pm to 9:30pm, and 9:30pm to 7:30am.

Your Role:
As a Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals in our care. You will assist them in gaining independence in their daily activities while working collaboratively within a supportive team.

Candidate Profile:
We seek individuals who possess the right experience and values. Our ideal Care Assistants are resilient, adaptable, and composed. Experience with Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice is preferred, along with familiarity in working with individuals with autism, mental health needs, and challenging behaviours.
