Care Assistant Role - Competitive Hourly Rate

We are seeking genuinely compassionate, hands-on Care Assistants who are dedicated to improving the quality of life for those we support. In this role, you will assist individuals in gaining greater independence in their daily routines while collaborating with a dynamic team to support a wonderful group of people.

Our residential service offers a warm and friendly atmosphere, ensuring that each day brings new experiences. You will be enhancing the lives of those we support by teaching essential life skills, assisting with personal care, and encouraging community engagement through social activities. One day, you might accompany individuals to local dining establishments or appointments, while the next could involve relaxing together with video games, films, or outings.

This position is ideal for someone eager to make a significant impact on another person's life, helping them build confidence and independence to achieve their personal goals, whether that involves preparing meals independently or enjoying a holiday.

Therefore, we seek individuals who are resilient, adaptable, and composed, preferably with experience in implementing Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practices, as well as experience working with individuals with autism, complex mental health needs, and challenging behaviours.
