Your role will involve providing respectful support to residents with mental health challenges and learning disabilities in a supported living environment, along with some community outreach responsibilities. You will empower individuals to participate in all facets of daily life and enjoy a diverse array of activities. Strong skills in positive communication and interaction are essential, as is the ability to demonstrate unwavering positive regard for those we assist. Adherence to established guidelines and a commitment to working positively within a supportive team framework are crucial.

Key Responsibilities of the Care Support Specialist:

Deliver practical, emotional, and behavioral support to service users, Assist individuals with daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and other essential life skills, A dedication to making a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals, Build and maintain warm, trusting relationships with service users, Perform general administrative duties and housing management tasks, Adapt work schedules flexibly to meet the needs of the service, including daytime, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
