With a competitive salary of £20,000 - £23,000 per annum, this exciting opportunity will see you working closely with our facilities team to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include managing mailroom duties, providing reprographics support, and investigating and arranging maintenance or repairs. You will also ensure high cleaning standards, assist in planning and executing office moves, and conduct health and safety inductions.

  • Daily management of mailroom duties and supporting teams with stationery requests.
  • Providing reprographics support and managing office consumables.

  • Assisting in planning and executing office moves.
  • Conducting health and safety inductions for new staff and maintaining accurate records.
