Fintech Enterprise Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Fintech Enterprise Account Manager to join our team at Tribe Payments Limited. As a key member of our customer success department, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our enterprise customers, ensuring their needs are met, and driving growth through commercial opportunities.
About the Role- Manage a portfolio of high-value customers, providing strategic guidance and support to drive business outcomes.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing client relationships, leveraging industry expertise and product knowledge.
- Develop and execute account development plans to ensure successful customer engagement and accelerated growth.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, product, and operations teams, to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Proven track record of achieving targets and goals in a customer-facing role, preferably in the fintech or payments industry.
- Strong executive presence, effective communication skills, and ability to build trust with senior-level customers.
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex customer situations, with a focus on conflict resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs.
- A competitive salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
