Our team of over 180 talented individuals works together to empower people to do more with their money. We're looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team and help us scale our customer acquisition further.

The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to lead and optimise our Referral program across all markets. Your primary goal will be to maximise ROI while attracting high-quality customers.

  • You will own, manage and optimise the performance of Plum's Refer-a-Friend scheme across all markets.
  • Conduct deep analysis of user cohorts to identify key triggers and products that drive successful referrals and high engagement.
  • Plan, implement, and analyse A/B tests to evaluate the impact of the Refer-a-friend channel against KPIs.
  • Data modelling, forecasting and analysis of our refer-a-friend channel.
  • Partner with product, marketing, and creative teams to ensure that refer-a-friend campaigns strategies align with overall business goals.
What we look for:
  • A proven track record in digital marketing, referral programs, or growth marketing, especially within B2C environments.
  • Strong skills in data analysis to measure campaign effectiveness, optimise strategies, and understand customer behaviours.
  • An impact-driven approach, with a self-starter mindset.
  • Effective collaboration within cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing), translating business requirements into solutions.
  • Natural enthusiasm for diving deep into different user cohorts, with the ability to understand how to positively shape their product experience.
  • Previous experience in fintech, B2C digital businesses, and/or fast-paced scale-up environments is valued.
Compensation and Benefits:

£60,000 - £80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including private health insurance, annual training budget, flexible remote working, and a generous stock options package.
