The Role: Enterprise Account Manager - Fintech Partnership Specialist
  • Quarterly Business Reviews: Plan and lead quarterly meetings with our enterprise merchant partners, presenting performance metrics, identifying opportunities for growth, and discussing strategic plans to deepen collaboration.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze and track the performance of merchant accounts, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities. Ensure that targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met, taking proactive measures to address any issues.
  • Account Renewal Management: Oversee the renewal process for key accounts, negotiating terms and ensuring continued satisfaction. Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key merchant stakeholders, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue and ensure a high level of partner engagement.

**Key Requirements:**

  • A proven track record in account management, client success, or a similar role, preferably within financial services, fintech, or B2B payments.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and use insights to drive performance improvements.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously, prioritizing work and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot) and familiarity with data analysis platforms.

  • An estimated salary range of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
