Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Apprenticeship

We are seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Manufacturing Engineer Apprentice. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in manufacturing engineering, working with our experienced engineers and gaining hands-on experience.

As a Manufacturing Engineer Apprentice, you will be responsible for assisting in the development of new manufacturing processes and technologies, improving existing ones, and ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the production process.

You will spend your first year completing foundation training, which will give you a broad understanding of manufacturing engineering principles. Alongside job-specific training courses, you will study for a BEng degree at the University of the West of England, delivered via a mix of block and day release.

The estimated annual salary for this role is £20,735. You will also receive fully sponsored education and training opportunities, including a competitive pension scheme, 33 days' holiday per year, and access to our TotalReward portal offering discounts at nationwide stores and more.
