Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Engineering Apprentice Program. This includes mentoring our apprentice engineers, developing training programs, and ensuring that our apprentices receive the best possible education and training.

  • Mentoring and coaching: You will work closely with our apprentice engineers to develop their skills and knowledge in various areas of engineering.
  • Training program development: You will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that meet the needs of our apprentice engineers.
  • Program management: You will oversee the day-to-day operations of our Engineering Apprentice Program, ensuring that our apprentices receive the best possible education and training.
