Engineering Technicians Program Manager

This role offers a unique opportunity to start your engineering journey with ZipRecruiter as an Apprentice - Engineering (Level 3). As part of our three-year Engineering Advanced Apprenticeship development programme, you'll gain a solid foundation in engineering technical knowledge and skills, and have the chance to progress further into the apprenticeship programme.
You'll work collaboratively with experienced engineers, military personnel, and industry partners to understand Defence Equipment & Support's processes. The programme includes four six-month technical-focused placements in different delivery teams in Bristol, allowing you to apply theoretical knowledge in real-world scenarios.
Key Programme Highlights:
- Comprehensive programme of study associated with the Level 3 Engineering Technician Standard on a three-year Engineering Advanced Apprenticeship
- Four six-month technical-focused placements in different delivery teams in Bristol, with block release to attend the training to further enhance your academic study
- Opportunity to become professionally registered at an Engineering Technicians (Eng Tech) status that is recognised internationally by a professional engineering institution
