We are seeking an experienced Apprenticeship Program Lead to lead our team in delivering high-quality apprenticeship programs in various subject areas, including Business Administration, Employability, Customer Service, Management, and Project Management.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with employers, aligning programs with workplace needs, and participating in quality assurance initiatives. A full driving license and ability to travel to delivery venues and employer sites are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, deliver, and assess apprenticeship standards from Levels 2 to 6, ensuring delivery meets quality assurance requirements.
  • Provide engaging learning experiences through online and in-person sessions, adapting content to apprentices' workplace roles.
  • Build strong relationships with employers to align programs with workplace needs and participate in quality assurance initiatives.
