Effective Apprenticeship Delivery Lead

We are seeking an experienced Effective Apprenticeship Delivery Lead to join our team at Dovetail and Slate. As a key figure in our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of apprenticeship programs across various sectors.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering apprenticeship programs, a deep understanding of quality assurance requirements, and experience in teaching qualifications (e.g., PGCE). They will also possess excellent communication skills and a passion for mentoring learners.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of trainers and assessors, ensuring they meet quality standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve apprenticeship delivery and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with employers to ensure alignment between programs and business needs.
The successful candidate will have:
- A Level 3 or above teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE).
- Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) qualifications or experience.
- A full, clean driving license and ability to travel to delivery venues and employer sites.
- Competitive salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum based on qualifications and experience.
