Job Title: Organizational Effectiveness Lead

About the Role:
The Unite Foundation is seeking an experienced Organizational Effectiveness Lead to join our team. As a key member of our People Team, you will be responsible for driving organisational effectiveness through talent development, leadership development, and performance enablement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
- Provide guidance on the development of performance improvement plans (PIPs) for underperforming employees.
- Drive a culture of continuous feedback and development.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a proven experience in organisational development, talent management, and performance enablement, and will have strong expertise in Talent Development, Leadership Development, and performance enablement.

What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of $160,000 per annum.
- 25 days' paid holiday per year.
- A generous pension scheme.
