Are you eager to kickstart an exciting career in advanced manufacturing and engineering? Do you have a passion for working with complex automated equipment?

If so, our RME (Reliability, Maintenance and Engineering) Mechatronics Apprenticeship could be the perfect opportunity for you. Build your skills over a 36-48-month period.

  • Installation, testing and commissioning of new automated equipment
  • Fault finding, troubleshooting and rectification of issues
  • Planned and preventative maintenance activities
  • Modifications and upgrades to existing equipment

This is a hands-on role that requires you to apply your knowledge and skills across multiple engineering disciplines. You will work alongside experienced technicians to develop expertise in areas like:

  • Electrical, electronic and control systems
  • Mechanical engineering principles
  • Hydraulic and pneumatic systems
  • Safe working practices and maintenance procedures

Throughout the apprenticeship program, you will work towards an Advanced Apprenticeship in Engineering (Mechatronics Maintenance), gaining both practical, on-the-job experience and earning industry-recognized qualifications.

To be successful in this role, you should have a genuine passion for engineering and technology, good problem-solving abilities, and the motivation to work both independently and as part of a team. Previous experience is not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided.
