Job Description
As an Advanced Manufacturing Technician at The National Composites Centre, you will be responsible for driving innovation in composite materials engineering, developing efficient manufacturing processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing new manufacturing processes, conducting research and analysis to improve existing processes, and training and mentoring junior engineers on advanced manufacturing techniques.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Materials Science or related field
- 2+ years of experience in composite materials engineering
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and procedures
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
