HR Administrator (Temporary) Grampian

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR team, ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and procedures.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Collate and record absence management data and issue relevant paperwork.
* Monitor and track the application of HR policies and procedures.
* Handle general HR-related enquiries from managers and staff with sensitivity and efficiency.
* Provide HR reports to the wider HR and Senior Management teams as required.
* Ensure all administrative tasks are completed in line with GPMS and Data Protection legislation.
* Manage the HR inbox, ensuring all enquiries are responded to or forwarded promptly.

**Requirements:**

* Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
