Primary Responsibilities
  • HR Framework Development: Identify key requirements for HR frameworks and tools within specific business areas to meet strategic objectives. Design, develop, and implement these frameworks, ensuring compliance with external regulations and integration with the broader HR policy framework.
  • Specialized HR Advice: Provide expert guidance on the interpretation and application of HR policies and procedures, resolving complex queries and issues. Empower colleagues to take informed actions by offering tailored advice and support.
  • HR Data Analysis and Insights: Investigate complex business questions, utilizing HR data to diagnose underlying causes of key business issues. Identify opportunities to enhance employee engagement and improve business performance.
  • Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution: Investigate and propose solutions to complex and contentious Employee Relations cases in partnership with line managers. Coordinate the company response to legal cases, contribute to legal submissions, and ensure accurate and timely completion of casework.
  • HR Data Collection and Metrics: Specify, develop, and test HR data collection procedures and tools within complex areas of HR practice. Ensure compliance with external requirements and adherence to key performance indicators.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert in areas of technology, policy, regulation, or operational management. Maintain external accreditations and stay up-to-date with current and emerging external regulations and industry best practices through continuous professional development.
  • Business Partnership and Collaboration: Build and maintain high levels of professional credibility and mutual trust with internal clients. Deploy internal and/or external resources to support the delivery of business strategy and plans.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: University or postgraduate degree (Masters level).
  • HR Experience: Proven expertise in HR, with a deep understanding of HR frameworks, tools, and best practices.
  • Resource Planning and Management: Experience in planning and managing resources to deliver defined objectives.
