Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Manager to join our team at Nightcap PLC. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bars and venues, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations and confidently run busy shifts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and develop a team of professionals, inspiring and incentivizing them to deliver exceptional service.
  • Handle financial management, including P&L management, stock control, and submitting reports.
  • Be a creative leader, coming up with innovative ideas to make our bars the best place to visit and work.
  • Ensure compliance with licenses, risk assessments, and health & safety standards.
  • Organize team rotas and efficiently manage labor.

Requirements:

  • First-class knowledge of classic cocktails and a passion for mixology.
  • Strong Bar and late-night venue experience.
  • Confident with handling money and strong business acumen.
  • Excellent leadership, training, and team-building skills.
  • Methodical, thorough, and effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Approachable, self-motivated, and driven with excellent communication skills.
