Customer Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Relationship Manager to join our team in Enderby. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage client relationships to ensure delivery of agreed Service Levels/KPIs.
- Brief and present at regular internal and external account reviews.
- Organize projects related to the contract, ensuring the needs of all stakeholders are considered.
- Support cost-saving initiatives and help with completion from theory to delivery.
- Work alongside the carrier management team to ensure service continuity for the client.
- A graduate with 3 years of industry experience in a similar field and discipline.
- Commercially aware, astute, self-motivated, and performance-driven.
