Account Manager Role
As a key member of the Prospex Recruitment team, we are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering successful projects from initial concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and project execution.
- Manage client expectations, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service to maintain strong relationships.
- Liaise with suppliers and printers to ensure smooth production processes and high-quality deliverables.
- Conduct site surveys, provide quotations, and coordinate client-specific projects throughout their lifecycle.
- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion.
- Collaborate with internal teams to book jobs, create job briefs, and manage ongoing projects.
- Visit clients on and off-site to build relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in account management, project coordination, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Proficiency in using business software and tools.
