About the Role

We are hiring for an E-Commerce Relationship Manager to work within our fast-paced e-commerce department. This is a crucial position where the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining client relationships, managing the customer onboarding process, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout their journey with us.

Job Description

The E-Commerce Relationship Manager will be working as part of the e-commerce team and will be responsible for:

1. Managing client relationships and acting as the primary point of contact for customer queries.

2. Overseeing the client onboarding process to ensure a smooth start for new clients.

3. Proactively monitoring client satisfaction and addressing concerns to prevent escalation.

4. Handling day-to-day customer issues, including queries on order status and product concerns.

5. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless client service and resolve any operational issues.

6. Managing and supporting a direct report in the order fulfilment team.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

1. 3+ years' experience in customer success, account management, or client relations, preferably within e-commerce.

2. Strong leadership abilities, including experience managing staff or direct reports.

3. A customer-first mindset, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

4. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing client needs.

5. Organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

6. Familiarity with CRM systems and client management platforms is highly preferred.

7. Experience with e-commerce and fulfilment processes is desirable.
