Job Title: E-Commerce Sales Manager

About the Role:
The Retail Partnership Ltd is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Sales Manager to join their team. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong communication skills, negotiation expertise, and a proven track record of success in sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with online retailers
- Generate sales among client accounts, including cross-selling and up-selling
- Introduce new clients to the business through established contacts
- Collaborate with design teams to create products tailored to customer needs
- Negotiate pricing and delivery terms with production teams
- Ensure margin understanding and work closely with merchandisers and buyers
- Manage high-volume orders efficiently and effectively

Requirements:
- Proven success in sales, preferably in a similar supplier role
- Excellent communication skills for factory and client interactions
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments under pressure
- Knowledge of knitwear products preferred

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum depending on experience
