\Welcome to Duval Associates, where innovation meets e-commerce. We're a dynamic company looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team.
\In this exciting role, you'll have the chance to work closely with our Marketing Director and contribute to various aspects of our business, including building a thorough understanding of our products and services, creating effective marketing strategies, and developing customer streams.
\Key Responsibilities\- \
- Build a deep understanding of our products and services to confidently communicate their value to customers and clients.\
- Develop and implement a marketing strategy that drives growth and enhances customer relationships.\
- Assist in maintaining and developing customer streams through individual account support and collaboration with the Customer Service and Sales Teams.\
- Promote our Company's brands both online and offline.\
- Manage our B2B event strategy, including identifying sponsorship and exhibition opportunities, as well as creating and facilitating our own events.\
- Develop and maintain a social media presence, creating regular engaging social media posts through our Company's channels.\
- Provide creative copy for mailers, website content, and promotional materials, and manage outsourced providers.\
- Create exciting and engaging photo and video content and promotional materials.\
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including marketing partnerships, and foster excellent customer relationships.\
- Order and replenish promotional and marketing support materials.\
- Support the facilitation of Company promotional events.\
- Research market trends and pricing strategies to assist with the development of marketing plans.\
- Report any issues affecting performance to your line manager.\
- Meet daily and weekly targets and report progress daily to your line manager.\
- Carry out work with a focus on high-quality output.\

- The salary for this position is £45,000 - £55,000 per year, depending on experience.\
