We are seeking a skilled Customer Relationship Management Specialist to join our team and contribute to the success of our university.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will play a key part in implementing our new Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) CRM system, designed to streamline student recruitment efforts and communication across the university. They will collaborate with colleagues in Digital Services, Admissions, Recruitment, Marketing, and Communications to ensure a smooth transition and maximize the system's benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with system operation, data analysis, and administrative tasks to maintain accurate records and content within D365;
  • Supporting the launch and management of CRM campaigns focused on increasing student recruitment conversions;
  • Contributing to the rollout of new D365 functionalities for External Relations colleagues;
  • Testing and providing feedback on new CRM features to ensure optimal performance.

About You

We are looking for someone with a strong foundation in CRM principles, excellent analytical and organisational skills, and a passion for contributing to the success of educational institutions. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics would be beneficial.

Salary Details

The estimated annual salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000, depending on experience.
