About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to lead our International Sales team at Oxford University Press. As a key member of our Executive Team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth and exceed financial targets.

The successful candidate will have significant experience in leading high-performing sales teams, with a proven track record of setting and achieving sales targets. They will also possess strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively across a matrixed organization.

This role requires international travel, with approximately six trips per year, and offers a competitive salary, private medical insurance, a car allowance, and a management bonus or sales bonus.
