Sales Manager, Oxford, £47,000 + Bonus, WFH flexibility
My client is fantastic 4* hotel and conference venue in Oxfordshire who are looking for a Superstar Sales Manager to head up the team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for ensuring the venue is maximised for rooms and all meeting & event spaces on site, managing the sales team, looking at pricing strategies, and maintaining seamless communication with operational teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities :
- Optimize revenue through effective diary and channel management
- Develop and execute rate strategies for rooms and events to align with budget goals
- Ensure accurate forecasts, reports, and seamless event operations
- Train, support, and oversee the sales team to maintain high standards of customer service
- Collaborate with leadership to achieve sales and revenue objectives
