Responsibilities

As Operations and Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational management of the COO's office and developing strategic plans to drive business growth. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills will enable you to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that drive results.

The estimated salary for this position is £52,000 - £66,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will work closely with the COO to develop and implement strategic plans, manage budgets, and monitor performance indicators. Your ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas effectively will be essential in achieving the department's objectives.

You will be responsible for:
