About Our Diversity-Inclusive Art Psychotherapist and ADHD Coach

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate art psychotherapist and ADHD coach to join our team at Neurodivergent Practitioners. As a diversity-inclusive practitioner, you will work with clients from diverse backgrounds, providing a safe and supportive space for them to express themselves.

Our ideal candidate is a certified art psychotherapist with experience working with neurodivergent individuals, including those with autism and ADHD. You will have a strong understanding of the importance of accessibility and inclusivity in mental health services. Your expertise will enable you to develop and implement personalized therapy plans that cater to the unique needs of each client.

As a coach, you will work with clients to identify and overcome barriers to mental health support and access to therapies. You will also provide guidance on time management, tools, and organization strategies to help individuals achieve their goals. Your coaching style will be non-behaviour based, person-centred, and respectful of human rights and sensory preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Non-behaviour based, person-centred coaching style
  • Ability to work with clients from diverse backgrounds
