About the Role:
The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea is seeking a highly skilled Systemic and Family Psychotherapist to join our team.
As a Systemic and Family Psychotherapist, you will be working with young people and their families in our borough, providing therapy and supporting staff in delivering evidence-based interventions.
You will be responsible for developing our systemic practice model, supporting on complex cases, and ensuring high-quality records are kept.
This is a highly varied and challenging role, offering the opportunity to gain valuable knowledge and experience while making a real impact on the wellbeing of children and families.
About You:
We are looking for a qualified Family and Systemic Psychotherapist with experience delivering systemic therapy with a wide range of young people and families.
You should have excellent communication and collaboration skills, a can-do attitude, and the ability to establish strong working relationships with all kinds of people, especially children.
A good understanding of child development and a range of relevant interventions, approaches, theories, and legislation is essential.
