Job Description:

At Love Holidays, we're on a mission to provide exceptional travel experiences for our customers. As a Content Translator, you will play a vital role in ensuring our English content is translated seamlessly into Dutch, enhancing our brand's presence in the Netherlands.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our international content team and work with a range of AI-powered tools to translate our content at scale. You will be responsible for reviewing and editing copy translated from English to Dutch, ensuring it fits our brand guidelines and tone of voice. You will also create user-centric content that helps resolve user issues and customer service queries.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and edit translated copy to ensure it meets brand guidelines and tone of voice
  • Create user-centric content to resolve user issues and customer service queries
  • Work with the marketing team to curate content for email, push, social, and brand activities in the Netherlands
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and deliver content that supports the wider business

Your Skills and Qualifications:

We're looking for a highly skilled Content Translator with excellent Dutch and English language skills, both verbal and written. You should have the ability to translate copy from English into Dutch to a high standard and possess excellent copywriting and content creation skills. You should also have a good understanding of how brand guidelines influence the copy you create, including tone of voice. Additionally, you should have experience working with AI-powered tools and be comfortable using analytics platforms to monitor performance and make data-led decisions.
