About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to join our team at AF Selection. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for the development and growth of our client's hair and beauty brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies for brand growth across new product development, product design, in-store merchandising, product promotions, customer acquisition and retention, digital and printed content, and social media.
  • Manage the marketing budget and be responsible for the brand's website and social media accounts.
  • Develop a 12-month rolling brand calendar and work with external agencies to create and manage all marketing material.
  • Measure and report on new product launches and monitor monthly sales analysis and insights.
  • Visit suppliers and customers, and conduct market research to stay up-to-date with competitors.
Requirements

We are looking for a proven Brand Manager with experience in managing new product development, websites, social media, and classic brand management programs. You should be confident and happy to manage your own workload, and have a keen eye for detail.

You will be working with a really exciting brand that is already doing well, but has the potential to grow massively. You will be based in offices in Birmingham, with some travel expected to Glasgow 3-4 times per year.

The salary for this role is between £40-50,000 depending on experience, and is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office.
