Job Summary

Pitch Consultants is seeking a highly skilled Brand Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Brand Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the development, growth, and management of our brand within the hair and beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Brand Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with our business objectives and drives brand growth and recognition.
  • Marketing Planning and Execution: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to support brand growth and market share, including social media, PR, influencer marketing, trade shows, and events.
  • Product Promotions and Merchandising: Develop and deliver marketing assets for product promotions, in-store point-of-sale, and merchandising.
  • Brand Collateral and Content Creation: Create and manage all print-based brand collateral, including website content, social media content, and influencer relationships.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Monitor customer and competitor activity, identify trends, and provide insights to inform new product development.
  • Trade Show and Event Planning: Plan and attend trade shows to showcase our brand and products.

Requirements

  • Brand Management Experience: Proven experience in brand management, ideally within a smaller business or startup.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the hair and beauty industry, with experience working within professional hair care a plus.
  • Commercial and Strategic Thinking: Ability to think commercially and strategically, with a focus on driving business growth and revenue.
  • Project Management: Experience managing projects and working with agencies to ensure successful delivery.
  • Travel Requirements: Ability to travel 2-3 days per month.
