We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at Pinewood Technologies. Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain strong relationships with Sales, Product teams, and international channels to stay informed of activities that will inform marketing plans.

  • Lead and manage the marketing team, conducting regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, and handling leave requests.

  • Supervise the production, editing, and distribution of marketing videos.
  • Maintain and update the company websites, ensuring content is fresh, relevant, and optimized for user experience.
  • Oversee the administration of software licenses, ensuring compliance and managing renewals.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
  • Manage internal communications, ensuring clear and consistent messaging across the organization.
  • Support Talent Acquisition with marketing material for careers pages and in-person events.
  • Ensure the implementation and maintenance of standards within the marketing department and prepare for audits and assessments as needed.
  • Coordinate with global teams to streamline responses and maintain consistent messaging across regions.
About You

We're looking for individuals with:

  • Proven experience in a similar marketing or brand management role, ideally within the technology or automotive sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.
  • Experience with online presence management, website maintenance, and content creation.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with standards and compliance processes is a plus.
