Key Responsibilities

  • Produce integrated campaigns to deliver brand growth and recognition, including social media, PR, influencer marketing, trade shows, and events.
  • Deliver marketing assets for product promotions, in-store point-of-sale, and merchandising.
  • Create and manage print-based brand collateral, including brochures, flyers, and business cards.
  • Update website content and create social media content to engage with customers and influencers.
  • Manage influencer relationships and deliver marketing activity for new product launches.
  • Monitor customer and competitor activity to identify trends and inform new product development.
  • Plan and attend trade shows to showcase our brand and products.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a brand marketing role, ideally within a smaller business where you have been responsible for delivering everything on behalf of the brand.
  • Experience working within the hair and/or beauty industry, with a strong understanding of the market and trends.
  • Commercial and strategic thinking, with the ability to develop and execute marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work with agencies and manage projects to ensure successful delivery.
