Brand Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Brand Manager to join our team at Hart Recruitment. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth and development of our flagship products, working closely with stakeholders to develop and implement strategies for growth, and managing the marketing budget and reporting on all marketing spend.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies for growth, including in-store merchandising, promotions, customer acquisition and retention, digital and printed content, social media, technical support and education.
  • Build partnerships with stakeholders and work alongside them for the development and sign-off of strategies.
  • Creation and management of all marketing material to support the flagship products, including Point of Sale, merchandising material for stores and salons, materials for Trade Shows, digital content and photographic assets.
  • Manage the marketing budget and report on all marketing spend.
  • Conduct customer and supplier visits, monitor competitors and conduct market research.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in product marketing, content generation and social media management, ideally in a fast-moving environment.
  • Willingness to travel when required.
