Brand Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Manager to join our team at Pitch Consultants. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive brand growth and recognition in the hair and beauty industry.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute annual marketing plans to support brand growth and market share.
  • Design and implement integrated campaigns across social media, PR, influencer marketing, trade shows, and events.
  • Manage the creation and distribution of marketing assets, including product promotions, in-store POS, and merchandising.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of all print-based brand collateral.
  • Update website content and create engaging social media content to drive customer engagement.
  • Manage influencer relationships and deliver marketing activity for new product launches.
  • Monitor customer and competitor activity to inform product development and identify trends.
  • Plan and attend trade shows to showcase brand offerings.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a brand management role, ideally within a smaller business.
  • Strong understanding of the hair and beauty industry, with experience working within professional hair care a significant advantage.
  • Commercial and strategic thinking, with the ability to get hands-on with day-to-day delivery.
  • Experience working with agencies and managing projects to ensure successful delivery.
  • Ability to travel 2-3 days per month.
