Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Adult Autism Support Worker to join our team at Cygnet Views.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with individuals who require support with their daily lives, providing a safe and understanding environment for them to thrive.

You will be working 42 hours a week, delivering high-quality care and making a positive difference to the lives of our service users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional care to our service users, focusing on their individual needs and goals.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL BE REQUIRED TO UNDERGO AN ENHANCED DBS CHECK.

Based on industry standards, we estimate the annual salary for this role to be between £25,000 and £30,000, taking into account the level of experience required.
