Support Assistant

United Response is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join one of our supported living services in Matlock. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs to live fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs.
- Monitor and maintain the wellbeing of the individuals we support.
- Assist individuals to access their community and participate in activities that promote independence and self-fulfilment.
- Collaborate with the support team to develop and implement individualised support plans.
What We Offer
- A competitive hourly rate of £11.75.
- 20 days paid annual leave (plus 8 bank holidays, pro rata for part time).
