Autism Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Female Support Worker to join our team at Cygnet Views, a 10-bed high dependency complex care service catering to women with learning disabilities and associated complex needs.
Main ResponsibilitiesOur ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing enhanced care and support through a flexible approach tailored to individual needs
- Offering guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support
- Assisting with medical and welfare needs as required
- Maintaining a safe and clean environment for all service users
