Care Support Professional

Cygnet Views is a 10-bed high dependency complex care service for women with learning disabilities and associated complex needs. As a Care Support Professional, you will be working 42 hours a week, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care.
Main Responsibilities:
- Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care.
- Provide guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support.
- Learn about individuals' specific needs and provide help in the most appropriate way.
- Assist with medical and welfare needs.
- Report on medical and welfare needs as required.
- Maintain a safe, clean environment for all.
