Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Front Office Manager to lead our hotel department and provide exceptional guest experiences.

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintain close relationships with guests to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Anticipate guests' needs to create a wow experience and convey the brand image.
  • Develop employees' motivation and team spirit by creating a positive working atmosphere.
  • Organise the welcome and integration of new employees, prepare work schedules, and conduct annual performance assessments.
  • Draw up training plans, implement corrective actions, and ensure invoicing and cash operations procedures are respected.
  • Manage the department's headcount for optimum efficiency and run the department efficiently.
Requirements
  • Ability to anticipate and lead by example with a strong sense of ethics.
  • Team spirit, guest orientation, and service-minded approach.

  • Good administrative skills and stress resistance.
