Job Title: French or German speaking L&D Partner

Job Type: Permanent

Location: London, England

Salary: £50,000 per annum (depending on experience)

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Specialist to join our team. As a French or German speaking L&D Partner, you will be responsible for crafting and delivering training content mainly in digital formats. Your main tasks will involve setting up and running inductions, tailoring training to suit each area, and working closely with local HR teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and run inductions.
  • Tailor training to suit each area.

  • Utilize digital learning tools effectively.
  • Enhance training programs continuously.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships.

Benefits:

  • Salary: up to £50,000 + discretionary bonus (25%).

Essential Experience:

  • Extensive experience in a learning and development position, preferably within an international, consumer-facing, cross-functional organisation.
  • Proficiency in advanced French or German is essential.
  • Proven ability to develop and conduct workshops, both in-person and online.
  • Capable of designing and implementing processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Enjoys working within a team setting.
  • Excellent influencing skills, able to interact with collaborators at all levels.
  • Strong project management abilities, adept at managing conflicting priorities and delivering multiple projects simultaneously.
