Strategic Planning Manager (Water) Full Time, Permanent

Salary: circa £75,000 per annum + Benefits, car allowance and bonus

As a key member of our team, you will lead a group of subject matter experts to identify strategic asset management objectives that balance service, asset, and business requirements. This role will understand the impact on the business of our plans, including funding needs, resources, and skills, as well as asset needs. You will identify planning scenarios and use horizon scanning to monitor for any changes that may impact our plans. You will also monitor and coach the overall performance of the Water Strategic Planning team.

Please note: as part of this role, you will be required to participate in a senior standby Rota. You will ideally need to have a track record in strategic planning and asset management in large asset base organisations, as well as extensive experience operating in heavily regulated businesses. You will also have the ability to filter, prioritise, and analyse data from internal and external databases.
