Salary: £75,000 + bonus and company car
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Manager to lead our payroll team and oversee the large payroll function. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maximizing system utilization while processing for over 3,000 employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the payroll team to ensure efficient and accurate processing of payroll.
- Serve as the payroll systems and processes expert, advising on technical and legislative matters.
- Manage payroll reporting and payments for HMRC and other jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with all legislative requirements.
- Approve and reconcile HMRC and third-party payments, such as pensions and employee benefits.
- Oversee payroll systems, advise HR on upgrades, and support internal and external audits.
Requirements:
- Experience in a Payroll Manager role, leading a team of 3+
- Oracle experience essential
- Experience bringing an outsourced payroll, in-house
- Ability to start in September
