Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Manager to join our team at JGA Recruitment Group. As a Senior Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the large payroll function and making a significant impact from the outset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the payroll team to maximize system utilization while processing for over 3,000 employees.
- Serve as the payroll systems and processes expert, advising on technical and legislative matters.
- Manage payroll reporting and payments for HMRC and other jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with all legislative requirements.
- Approve and reconcile HMRC and third-party payments, such as pensions and employee benefits.
- Oversee payroll systems, advise HR on upgrades, and support internal and external audits.
Requirements:
- Experience in a Payroll Manager's role, leading a team of 3+.
- Oracle experience essential.
- Experience bringing an outsourced payroll in-house.
