We are seeking an experienced International Payroll Manager to join our team.
Job DescriptionAs an International Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end payroll processing for multiple international payrolls, predominantly in Europe. You will provide guidance and payroll-related advice to the team, as well as insights to stakeholders on policies and procedures.
You will be the point of contact for payroll escalation, accountable for compliance, vendor selection, implementation, and streamlining. Additionally, you will manage 3rd party providers across numerous locations and have exposure to multiple payroll/HR platforms.
The ideal candidate will have international/global payroll experience, strong team communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple frequency payrolls (monthly, bi-monthly, weekly, etc.).
The Successful ApplicantWe are looking for a candidate who can commute to Slough and work in a hybrid environment. The successful applicant will have a strong understanding of payroll/HR platforms and be able to provide guidance and advice to the team.
