Job Description
International Payroll Manager
As an International Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing multiple international payrolls, predominantly in Europe
- Providing guidance and payroll-related advice to the team
- Offering insights to stakeholders on policies, procedures, and best practices
- Overseeing end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Minimizing risks and documenting issues for later resolution
- Serving as the primary point of contact for payroll escalation, accountable for compliance, vendor selection, implementation, and streamlining
The Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced International Payroll Manager with:
- International/global payroll exposure
- Excellent team communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with the global team
- Experience managing 3rd party providers across multiple locations
- Familiarity with multiple payroll/HR platforms
- Ability to manage payrolls with varying frequencies (monthly, bi-monthly, weekly, etc.)
- Able to commute to Slough, with a hybrid working arrangement
